UAA's College of Health awarded $1.77 million from Premera Blue Cross Blue Shield of Alaska

Regents adopt response to accrediting agency; chancellors respond individually

Today, the University of Alaska Board of Regents adopted its official response to the Northwest Commission on Colleges and Universities (NWCCU) and authorized Board Chair John Davies to provide it to the accrediting agency by Oct. 31, along with the individual responses from the three university chancellors.

University of Alaska joins collaborative to address sexual and gender harassment in higher education

91麻豆天美 has joined National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine and 60 colleges, universities, and research institutions to launch an Action Collaborative on Preventing Sexual Harassment in Higher Education. The action collaborative is a four-year commitment that focuses on the faculty role and engagement in Title IX.

A 2017 University of Alaska television and radio campaign was revamped with the goal of supporting the UAA, UAF and UAS student recruitment efforts as well as to reassure Alaskans that despite a long and exhausting budget battle, and the uncertainties created by restructuring discussions, all three universities, and all rural campuses, were open and accepting students.
