Cybersecurity Reminder - Do not share usernames and passwords

The start of the academic year is a great time to remind everyone to keep usernames and passwords private. These are unique security measures that help to protect your account information and should not be shared with anyone - including family members or third-party vendors.

As a UA employee, you may have a username and password for several different benefit vendors including:

  • Premera
  • VSP
  • Division of Retirement and Benefits (DRB)
  • TIAA
  • Fidelity
  • Corebridge
  • Lincoln
  • Bank of America (for Health Savings Accounts)
  • ASIFlex (for Flexible Spending Accounts)
  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
  • And more

The unique username(s) and password(s) used for these accounts should never be shared. Some benefit vendors (such as Corestream or Personify Health) use your SSO, which should also never be shared.
